2017 Gift Guide!

It’s that time of year. The time when we spend time we don’t have browsing, scanning blogs, and pouring over magazines looking for the perfect gift for someone special. This year, let us help.

Educate and Empower Kids is excited to introduce our new Gift Guide! Your donation helps us to develop content and provide resources—any level of support is greatly appreciated.

And now you can honor someone you love by making a donation in their name. The process is simple.

1. Click on the red “Donate” button at the top of the Educate and Empower Kids website.
2. Enter the amount.
3. The site will automatically prompt you to log into PayPal to fund the donation.
4. Under the amount, click in the “Add special instructions to the seller” box.
5. Enter the name of the person you would like to honor with your donation.
6. Hit “Donate Now” and you’re done!

Educate and Empower Kids will process your donation and send an email* to you with several different PDF certificates that can be either emailed or printed to let the person you named know that a donation has been made on their behalf.

It’s so easy!

We are not a giant organization with broad sources of funding. We are parents and professionals who often donate our own time and resources (and sleep!) because we are passionate about this work. And every penny donated goes directly to specific, ongoing needs:

• $10 – Print 10 pamphlets for parents
• $15 – Print 1 book to donate to a family
• $25 – Distribute 50 new pamphlets to pediatricians
• $35 – Produce 1 illustration
• $50 – Write 1 website article
• $75 – Develop 1 lesson plan
• $100 – Produce 1 new animated video
• $125 – Help support a college internship for 1 month
• $150 – Write 1 book chapter
• $175 – Design and illustrate new pamphlet for pediatricians
• $200 – Design and illustrate 1 book chapter
• $250 – Convert a print book into an e-book
• $300 – Fund travel for a conference presentation
