For years, parents have been handed the same message (and I was guilty of this too!):
Just monitor better.
Just delay longer.
Just have more conversations.
Just parent harder.
We deserve accurate age ratings and we deserve honest app descriptions.
We deserve meaningful parental approval for downloads.
We deserve transparency around how children’s data is collected and used.
We deserve technology in classrooms that supports learning, not distraction.
This isn’t anti-technology. It’s pro-accountability. It’s pro-childhood.
And it’s pro-parent.
The lie parents have been told is that this is a personal discipline issue.
It’s not.
It’s a systems design issue. And systems can be changed.
That’s what this movement is about.
Now I want to hear from you:
What frustrates you most about the current app and online ecosystem?
Where do you feel like the burden has been unfairly placed on parents?
Comment below. Your voice matters more than you think.
